By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products are intended for use on sports equipment (e.g., skateboards, surfboards) and functional surfaces (e.g., stairs, ramps).

2. Product Accuracy & Application

  • The "Science of Stick": We strive to display our products and their effects as accurately as possible. However, the final "Micro-Texture Clarity" may vary slightly depending on the porosity and material of the substrate (wood, carbon fiber, concrete, etc.).

  • User Responsibility: Proper application is key. Sticky Bee Grip is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, use on incompatible materials, or failure to follow the instructions provided on the can.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • Secure Checkout: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Aerosol Restrictions: Due to the nature of aerosol products, Sticky Bee Grip can only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally at this time.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the "Sticky Bee" logo, slogans like "Respect the Graphic. Trust the Grip," and technical imagery, is the property of Sticky Bee Grip and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of our branding for unauthorized commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sticky Bee Grip shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our products. Users are encouraged to test the grip levels in a controlled environment before engaging in high-speed or high-risk activities. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.
