1. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer 100% Free Returns and Replacements.

  • Eligibility: You must report damage or defects within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: Sticky Bee Grip will provide a pre-paid shipping label. You will incur zero costs for returning a defective item.

  • Resolution: You may choose a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement sent via expedited shipping.

2. The "No-Clog" Guarantee (Nozzle Support)

We engineered our Atomized Grit Delivery system for performance, but we know that aerosol tech can sometimes be finicky.

  • Free Nozzle Replacement: If your spray nozzle clogs or malfunctions, do not return the whole can.

  • Our Process: Contact us at [Insert Email/Phone] with a photo of the nozzle. We will ship you a new nozzle completely free of charge, including free shipping.

  • Goal: We want to keep you shredding, not shipping.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you no longer want the product (unopened and in original packaging):

  • Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees.
