Shipping policy

At Sticky Bee Grip, we know you want to get back to shredding as fast as possible. We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Orange County, California.

1. Handling Time (Processing)

We value efficiency. Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday) of your purchase.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

To ensure the best rates and fastest delivery for the "Science of Stick," we use the following carriers:

• Single & Double Can Orders: Shipped via USPS.

• Bulk & Case Orders: Shipped via UPS Ground.

• Note: Because Sticky Bee is an aerosol product, all orders must ship via Ground transportation per federal regulations.

3. Estimated Transit Times

Once your package leaves our Orange County facility, typical delivery windows are as follows:

• West Coast: 2 to 3 Business Days.

• Central & East Coast: 3 to 5 Business Days.

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carriers; actual delivery times may vary based on weather or seasonal volume.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your label is printed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. Due to aerosol shipping regulations, we cannot ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii

• P.O. Boxes

• APO/FPO/DPO addresses

• International destinations
